Registration requests or changes by phone will be not taken into consideration.
Only registration applications accompanied by the appropriate payment will be processed.
Please refer to the table below for registration categories and deadlines.
Registration fees are to be settled in Euro (€).

Upon receipt of your registration (no matter how you have been registered) and after payment clearance, the Organising Secretariat will mail you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing all registration and events reservation details and specifying the payment status.
This confirmation letter should be presented upon the arrival at the 20th World LP Gas Forum pre-registration desk.

Approximate exchange rate at date of publishing: 1€ = 9,70 ZAR – 1€ = 1,30 USD

(1) WLPGA Member: only one attendee per member organisation
(2) Exhibitors: representatives of exhibiting company
(3) Government Attendee: this category includes intergovernmental, national and local government agency representative
(4) 4th Attendee & Following: valid for the 4th attendee and additional registrations from the same company or organization

Registration fee gives access to all conference sessions.
Please kindly indicate on the registration form if you plan to attend the LP GAS FOR AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE.

• ONLY ATTENDEES WHO HAVE PAID THEIR REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE FORUM WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER SPOUSES AND ATTEND THE VARIOUS SOCIAL EVENTS.
• ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE IN EURO (€).

PLEASE NOTE: AFTER WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10th 2007, PRE-REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ANY LONGER BY THE ORGANISING SECRETARIAT BUT YOU WILL HAVE, OF COURSE, THE POSSIBILITY TO REGISTER ON SITE

 

Conference Registration Fees include:

• Admission to all Forum sessions which are held on Wednesday, 24^th - Friday, 26^th October 2007

• Name badge and documentation bag
• Simultaneous interpretation in 4 languages (English and French on Day 1-3; Japanese and Spanish on Day 2-3)
• CD ROM with conference proceedings
• 3 working lunches and 4 coffee breaks
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner
• An invitation to the WLPGA Member’s Dinner (for WLPGA Member Representatives only)

Spouse’s Registration Fees include:

• Admission to the Exhibition area
• Name badge
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner
• An invitation to the WLPGA Member’s Dinner (for Spouses of WLPGA Member Representatives only)

Payment:

World LP Gas Communication SARL (VAT N° FR 9042 1213893, headquartered at 9 rue Anatole de la Forge– 75017, Paris, France) has given mandate to MCI for the organisation of the 20th World LP Gas Forum and therefore to act and receive the fees on its behalf.

Payment of the registration fees is to be made in EURO (€) only and may be either by:

• Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD / EUROCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS)

Modifications / Name Substitutions:

For changes in registration, a processing fee of 30 € will be charged, except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.
All changes must be requested in writing to the Organising Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy for Registration:

Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or fax BUT NOT e-mail) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:

• Up to Friday, August 17^th 2007: 100 € will be withheld for administrative fee.
• After Friday, August 17^th 2007, no refunds will be issued.

NO REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATION OR NON-ATTENDANCE DUE TO FAILURE TO OBTAIN A VISA
